I Am A Very Bad Blogger

I can't believe it has been 3 weeks since I last updated. Bad Rae! But as you all know have had quite a bit on my mind. I had my first doctors appt last Thursday and my official EDD is Jan 11, 2011. I am 10 weeks and 4 days and counting. I feel like I am starting to show already though I haven't gained any weight. Though I have already gone up two cup sizes, I think that is the only positive so far about actually being pregnant and my husband's happy. At the moment we are in Orlando staying with my brother-in-laws. We were supposed to go to Las Vegas but changed our minds. It just seemed like too much so we just drove 6 hours and got a free place to stay instead. I am unable to post any pics from my camera since I forgot my adapter in PCB but the above are pics of my purchases from Urban Outfitters yesterday. Well at least the second one is. I got the Pins and Needles Watercolor print top in a size Small for $58 and the Pins and Needles Black Crochet Tier Tap shorts in a size 4 also for $58. The shorts I have pictured are similar to the ones I bought. I didn't see the tier shorts available online. So Orlando has this great mall called The Mall At Millenia. If you have been to Orlando I am sure you have seen this mall. I could spend lots of time and money there unfortunately for me I was with my husband so he wouldn't let me do either. They have a Zara which is actually the only one I have ever seen. LOVE. THAT. STORE. I found some great army green colored, pleated trousers with a skinny brown belt and a patterned bohemian top, both items for $80, but did not get them. I'll hopefully go back before my trip is over. We leave Thursday morning, very early. So if I can muster up the energy, I'll try to be better at this blogging thing. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Is anyone doing anything exciting? We are just staying at home, maybe go to the beach. Again I only have two outfits pictured out of the last four days. I think the morning sickness may be getting better but I still seem to be tired all the time. No new purchases lately either. I guess it's hard to buy new stuff knowing my tummy will just be growing. I am going to try to avoid maternity clothes, I figure I have about 30 dresses that will accommodate my belly but we'll see.

Recent Outfits

So I know I have been a very bad blogger lately and if you didn't know yet I am about 8 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately I have been having awful morning sickness and have just been completely exhausted. I know this usually only last through the first trimester, so hopefully I will feel better in a few weeks. One thing I have to look forward to is my husband and I decided to take a vacation before I get too far into the pregnancy so next month we are going to Las Vegas! Yay! I have never been and seeing as how my hubby and i are not big drinkers, I am not going to have to worry about getting tanked. We'll still have fun. Now if only I could get my hands on a pair of the Jessica Simpson Dany shoes before my trip... Anyway, here are some recent outfits I wore when I felt well enough to snap a few pics.

This first outfit I wore out to breakfast and shopping with my husband who bought me the top you see in the third pic. Dug this dress out of the back of my closet. I haven't worn it in ages. What do you think? Should I keep it or donate it?

Outfit Of The Day!

Florida? Why?... Why must you go from having the longest winter in Sunshine State history (this is not a fact) to being so freaking hot and humid. You are not making me happy. At all. So the romper I am wearing today is from Urban Outfitters and got it last year. Lauren Conrad was pictured wearing the same one. Unfortunately it has got to be the shortest thing I own. Seriously, if I wear it correctly my butt cheeks practically hang out. So what I do is wear a cardigan over it and I pull the back of the romper down beneath my bra strap to give it a little extra length. I just wish it wasn't so hot. Oh well. Anyway, for those of you who read my previous post, I am about 6 weeks pregnant. Well the morning sickness started today. I don't know why they call it morning sickness, it should be called all day sickness. Fun stuff. I can strike at any time. For instance today it hit as I was standing in line at Mickey D's. I'm sure this will be a wonderful next couple weeks. So on to the OOTD.

Outfit Of The Day(s)! & Big News!

Sorry for the lack of posts lately but I've been kind of busy. I just found out on Tuesday, May 4 (my birthday no less) that I am expecting my second child. Yay! My son Jaiden is 6.5 years old and it's about time we give him a sibling. We waited so long because we have had a rough last few years, so this came at a good time. We are finally back on our feet and are very excited to welcome a new addition to our family. Now lets just hope this new addition is a girl. I'm not gonna lie, I would really like to have a daughter. I am such a girly girl myself and my husband and I decided we are only having two kids, no more. Though don't tell him but if this one is a boy we may have to try one more time. Shhh. So anyway, as far as my blog goes I still plan on keeping it up and I would still like the focus to be on fashion. However, once I start showing there may be more of a focus on how to dress when you are expecting. And I damn well plan on being the most stylish preggers out there. Next to Nicole Ritchie of course, I think she will be my style icon for the next 9 months. So here are some OOTD's from the last few days.

OOTD('s)-Finally!

Sorry about the lack of OOTD's lately. It's been a busy week. I hope everyone is having a wonderful Mother's Day. Today my husband and I took our dog to the dog park for the first time. Pretty uneventful since we were the only ones there. Then we went to my mother-in-law's house and sat at the beach where I proceeded to get sunburned. Mental note: Next time put sunblock everywhere, not just face. So we went home and passed out. Anyways, the first two pics you see are from my birthday this past Tuesday. The first is during the day when my hubby took me shopping and the second is when I went to the in-law's for dinner. Speaking of dinner, I need to run to the store so I can feed my family tonight.
