Day 2 In The Big Easy

This past Saturday we started the day with breakfast. We wanted to go to Cafe du Monde but as usual the line was way too long so we went up the street to The Market Cafe where I had their amazing french toast and my husband had the eggs creole. It was so good! We went to the Insectarium, had lunch at the Riverfront and then to the Aquarium. We rested back at the Hotel, then had Pinkberry (salted caramel, yum!), browsing at Saks, J Crew, and BCBG ( I didn't get anything :( ). We went to a cute store called Wish where my husband got a cool shirt, then had Bloody Mary's and a jello shot each. We went and bought a bunch of chocolate from The Southern Candy Maker's and got dinner to go from The Pearl (crab cakes for me and a muffaleta for Chandler). After such a busy day we took the food and ate back in our hotel room. We absolutely love New Orleans and talk about moving downtown and living above a shop somewhere. Maybe opening a clothing store (for me) / art gallery (for him). Someday hopefully!
