So I had my first interview with a Salon since I decided to go back to work. I guess you could say I started high going with the best salon in the area (IMO). I wish I could tell you I got the job, but that would be a lie. The owner was very nice, but she only has one chair available right now so she would like someone with a clientele which I totally get. Since I've been on hiatus for the past couple of years I don't have one with the exception of a couple of friends. She said it could change and she will definitely keep me in mind, but she also told me not to wait. So I guess I'm back to square one. I do have a couple other salons in mind which I will check out this coming week but I'm not going to settle for a salon I'm not 100% happy with. I want to be able to stay and build up my business and if there is something I don't like, well I just won't be happy staying there for years and years. Wish me luck!
