Zara F/W 2012 Campaign

So what I've seen so far for Zara this upcoming season is just too good. Not so good for my wallet, but I'm just obsessed. I'm dying over the skirt (or shorts) in the 4th pic. Love! What do you think? Will you be shopping at Zara for the Winter?

Peplum and Studs

dress: Topshop Petite, bag: Zara, heels: Boutique 9 Phylicia

This dress is my new favorite. I love the drop waist and the peplum along the bottom. I bought the petite version (which doesn't seem to be available anymore) because I like my dresses a bit shorter. I probably would have been happy with a size smaller (I'm wearing a 4) but not enough to send it back.

***Update: The petite version of this dress is back in stock and you can find it here.***

Zara Obsessed

Zara is getting some amazing things in for Fall. Above are the items I've already bit the bullet on. I really don't need a black blazer, especially with it being July in Florida but this one is really cool. I love the longer length and the studs on the shoulders. Also I've been wanting a pair of studded black pumps and the peep toe ankle boot reminds me of the Theory Ziggy pump I missed out on. I do wish it was navy blue though. Since I'm gearing up for Fall I've started listing some things on Ebay for sale and if interested you can find them here.

Dark Knight

top, skirt, clutch: Zara, heels: Alexander Wang Nadia (and here)

Black is a color I never wear. At least not from head to toe. When I was doing hair at Ulta we had to wear black everyday so I think I got turned off. I'm starting to like it again, though I'm not sure I want to be stuck wearing it everyday. That's what makes it so hard when looking for a salon to work in. Doing hair is a creative industry so I just don't understand why a salon would choose to wear a uniform,  it's not very creative. I may have to bite the bullet though, we will see.

Stripes, Stripes, Stripes

blouse: Marc by Marc Jacobs (and here), shorts: Zara, heels: Topshop

So, I'm pretty excited because I've decided to start doing hair again. I received my cosmetology license in 2005 and did hair for 4 years but then took a break for the following 3. Right now I just finished my continuing education and am getting my license up to date so hopefully within the next 30 days I will have found a salon that's a good fit for me.  One thing that I want in a salon, being as fashion crazy as I am, is to be able to wear whatever I want. I worked at Ulta and it was all black and white, and a lot of salons are all black. It may come to where I will just have to deal with it because there are a lot of Aveda salons around here and they wear black. Do any of you go to Aveda salons? If so, do you like them better than a regular salon?
